Welcome to Riviera West, a common interest development of hillside homes overlooking Clear Lake. Our homeowners association, together with our wholly owned water provider, Harbor View Mutual Water Company, is ideally located in the heart of Lake County. Nestled on the slopes of Mt. Konocti, Riviera West serves as a perfect gateway to a wide range of Northern California adventures.

Within a few hours’ drive, you can reach Pacific beaches, majestic redwood groves, scenic natural areas, and world-class wine country destinations. Beyond its peaceful, agricultural charm, Lake County offers an abundance of recreational opportunities, including a vibrant winery culture, fishing and water sports, birding, hiking, kayaking, and cycling.
Reminder: The Riviera West annual meeting is on Saturday, June 20 at 9:00 am at the clubhouse. Refreshments will be served.

Riviera West regular board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of odd-numbered months at 4:30 PM at the Riviera West clubhouse, 8475 Harbor View Drive Kelseyville, CA. Board meetings for 2026 are: January 21, March 18, May 20, July 15, September 16 and November 18. The annual board meeting will be held on Saturday, June 20 at 9:00 at the Riviera West clubhouse.

All Riviera West property owners are welcome to run for a seat on the Board of Directors if they meet the qualifications. Watch your email for the call for nominations, which is issued in late February of every year.
Riviera West HOA Annual meeting
The annual meeting of the Riviera West Country Club will be held Saturday, June 20, 2026. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am at the Riviera West clubhouse at 8475 Harbor View Drive, Kelseyville, CA.
