Water AerobicsJoin us for a healthful and friendly morning workout at the pool! All Riviera West members and their guests are welcome. Sessions are on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 9 - 10 AM. Our self-guided program follows a set of easy but effective exercises designed to build strength and flexibility for people of all ages. The workout guide is printed out for everyone's reference. We are currently seeking an instructor. If you are interested in guiding our group, please contact the office at 707-279-8544 or see us at the swimming pool. Remember to bring your supplies: towel, pool noodles, and foam dumbbells. Also, don't forget to bring along your Riviera West key card.
