Riviera West is a common interest development community located in friendly, small-town Kelseyville, California. With a prime Mt. Konocti location and gated access to Clear Lake, our neighborhood is home to 460 hillside properties, most of which are developed with attractive, custom-built homes. Our members enjoy excellent amenities, a peaceful woodland environment and breathtaking lake and mountain views.

Riviera West is served by a hard-working Board of Directors who oversee the Association's administrative and fiscal matters with a focus on safety and sustainability. The Board is supported by a vibrant, creative volunteer culture that enhances our quality of life. An experienced, highly-qualified office administrator is on hand to provide assistance to members and day-to-day management of Association business.

Harbor View Mutual Water Company, our wholly-owned water provider, operates a state of the art water plant dedicated to supplying safe, reliable service to our community. Our facility is managed by experienced, state-certified water operators.
